There any many different types of CSCS card\, the one you will receive is dependent upon your qualifications and your job role. To gain this card you have sit the one day Health & Safety in a Construction Environment Level 1 (RQF) Course or a 1 day Site Safety Plus Course and pass the CSCS Health\, Safety and Environment Test. \n \nBlue Skilled Worker Card – This card is for any tradesman with an NVQ/SVQ of level 2 or a completed employer sponsored apprenticeship which includes a city and guilds craft certificate. Also requires a successful pass of the CSCS Health\, Safety and Environment Test. \n \nGold Advanced Craft/Supervisory Card – This card is for advanced craft tradesman or supervisors that have achieved a Construction Related NVQ /SVQ level 3 or have completed an approved indentured apprenticeship (e.g. with NJCBI\, BATJIC etc.) or completed an employer sponsored apprenticeship which included the achievement of a City and Guilds of London Institute Advanced Craft Certificate. Also requires a successful pass of the CSCS Health\, Safety and Environment Test. \n \nBlack Managerial Card – This card is available for manager occupations subject to achievement of a Construction related NVQ/SVQ level 4\, 5\, 6 or 7 in the relevant construction management level qualification. DESCRIPTION:This course has been specifically designed to meet the criteria set by the Department for Education’s EYFS Framework and fully meets Ofsted requirements. Attendees of this course will be qualified to legally administer First Aid to those aged from infancy up to 18 years of age (If you require First Aid provision for those 18 years and over\, you can add the Emergency First Aid at Work top up to this course on booking). \nCourse Information \nHaving the correct Paediatric First Aid provision is not only a statutory requirement for the majority of childcare providers\, it is extremely important for the safety of children. Our Paediatric First Aid Level 3 course is ideal for those who work or intend to work in a childcare setting as it has been specifically designed to fulfil Ofsted’s first aid requirements for early years teachers\, nursery workers and childminders (as defined within the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage 2014 and within the Child Care Register guide). \nOur Blended Learning Paediatric First Aid course comprises of 6 hours Video Training and attending 1 day face to face. Attendees of this course will receive joining instructions to complete our GEM Blended Learning First Aid video training presented by our own GEM trainers. This is the first part of the Paediatric First Aid training which is to be completed before attending one of our face to face training session. DESCRIPTION:This course has been specifically designed to meet the criteria set by the Department for Education’s EYFS Framework and fully meets Ofsted requirements. Attendees of this course will be qualified to legally administer First Aid to those aged from infancy up to 18 years of age (If you require First Aid provision for those 18 years and over\, you can add the Emergency First Aid at Work top up to this course on booking). \nCourse Information \nHaving the correct Paediatric First Aid provision is not only a statutory requirement for the majority of childcare providers\, it is extremely important for the safety of children. Our Paediatric First Aid Level 3 course is ideal for those who work or intend to work in a childcare setting as it has been specifically designed to fulfil Ofsted’s first aid requirements for early years teachers\, nursery workers and childminders (as defined within the Statutory Framework for the Early Years Foundation Stage 2014 and within the Child Care Register guide). \nOur Blended Learning Paediatric First Aid course comprises of 6 hours Video Training and attending 1 day face to face. Attendees of this course will receive joining instructions to complete our GEM Blended Learning First Aid video training presented by our own GEM trainers. This is the first part of the Paediatric First Aid training which is to be completed before attending one of our face to face training session. Our video training course is intended to give an introduction into the course which will be built on when attending our face to face session. \nUpon successful completion\, attendees will be awarded a nationally recognised Ofqual regulated certificate valid for 3 years that fully meets Ofsted requirements and will receive a Paediatric First Aid handbook to keep for future reference. \nAttendees of this course will also have exclusive free access to our GEM First Aid annual refresher video training presented by our GEM trainers\, each year until certificate renewal is needed in 3 years’ time.
